DISCOVER HOW HE GOT ACTIVATED

Hi! I'm Jeremy

I’m not your typical leadership motivational speaker—I’m the guy who had to fight to be seen, even when I knew I had something to offer. Today, I help overlooked professionals do what I call Invisible Potential Activation—that untapped brilliance that’s been buried under doubt, fear, or just being passed over too many times. You might not know what “Invisible Potential Activation” means yet, but by the time you’ve read my story, you’ll understand why it’s the key to becoming undeniable in your life, your work, and your leadership.

The Spotlight Flickered,
But I Stepped Back

In fourth grade, I moonwalked across the stage in a silver glove and fedora, channeling Michael Jackson at my school’s talent show. The crowd roared—but I almost didn’t do it.
I was shy. Quiet. The kid who knew the answer but never raised his hand. I’d overthink, doubt myself, and stay silent—even when something inside me was begging to speak up. That fear of being wrong—or worse, seen—stayed with me.
But for a few minutes under those lights, something shifted. I wasn’t the shy kid anymore. I was the one who lit up the room. Who earned a standing ovation. Who got a glimpse—maybe for the first time—of what it felt like to be fully seen.
Still, when the applause faded, I tucked that version of me away. I didn’t know what to do with it. No one told me that potential—especially invisible potential—needs to be nurtured, not hidden.

So I shrank. Again.

And that became a pattern. Through middle school, high school, college—even as a working professional—I often second-guessed myself, waited to be chosen, or softened my voice to avoid standing out. I wasn’t lacking talent. I was lacking permission.

The truth? I didn’t need someone to give me permission. I needed to give it to myself.

The Shift Sparked Before I Had the Words for It

I spent years performing well on the outside—but still playing small on the inside. I got the degrees, my BS and MBA. Took the “right” jobs. Smiled on Zoom calls. But deep down, I felt like I was waiting for something… or someone… to tap me on the shoulder and say, “It’s your turn.”

Then life gave me a jolt I didn’t expect.

Losing my father—my rock and role model—shattered my sense of stability. Around the same time, I lost my job. Not because I wasn’t capable, but because I was playing it safe. And for the first time, that wasn’t enough.

I started questioning everything.

That’s when the spark hit. I realized I’d spent most of my life waiting for someone else to activate what I now call invisible potential—when in reality, it was mine to claim the whole time.

I didn’t need another pep talk. I needed a process. A system I could follow to rebuild from the inside out.

And so I started creating one.

Then I Got Activated

The spark was no longer just a feeling—it became a fire I couldn’t ignore.
I started rewriting the rules I had been living by. I realized I didn’t have to wait for a title to lead. I didn’t need permission to be powerful. What I needed was alignment. Structure. And the courage to take myself seriously.
I activated myself.
I leaned into the framework I was building—what would become the RISEpoint System™. I tested every principle on myself first: resilience when the doubts crept in, insight when the vision felt cloudy, success redefined on my own terms, and empowerment rooted in identity, not approval.
That activation changed everything.
I found my voice and stepped onto stages—not just metaphorically, but literally. I wrote a book. I traveled to Africa to speak. I launched the company I once dreamed of working for. And in doing so, I realized something powerful:

The same shift that changed my life could unlock the undeniable leader in others, too.

That’s when I knew this wasn’t just a personal breakthrough. It was a mission.

From Activated to Undeniable

I used to wait for someone to hand me an opportunity.

Now, I create them—for myself, and for others.

Today, I’m a leadership speaker, coach and consultant, and founder of RISEpoint Leadership—a company dedicated to helping professionals go from overlooked to undeniable. But this isn’t about titles. It’s about transformation. Because once I activated my own potential, I became obsessed with helping others do the same.

Not through hype. Through systems. Through the RISEpoint System™—a process rooted in resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-leadership that empowers people to lead from within.

I’ve helped emerging leaders speak up. I’ve helped quiet professionals become culture-shapers. I’ve watched teams go from disengaged to driven—all because someone finally gave them a path to activate what was already inside.

That’s what I do now. I help people stop waiting to be seen… and start becoming undeniable.

Because I believe the most powerful leaders aren’t created—they’re activated.
